It utilizes high-purity isostatic pressed graphite as the core heating component, ensuring uniform temperature distribution, precise temperature control, corrosion resistance, and energy efficiency — ideal for use in biological, chemical, environmental, and food testing laboratories.

Key Features

Advanced Heating Technology

Graphite Heating Element: Made of high-purity isostatic pressed graphite with excellent thermal conductivity (≥150 W/(m·K)), ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface.

Uniform Temperature Field: Temperature variation between sample positions is within ±1.5°C, preventing localized overheating or cold zones that can affect results.


High-Precision Temperature Control

PID Intelligent Control: Equipped with an auto-tuning PID system that self-calibrates to maintain fast, stable, and accurate temperature control.

Adjustable Heating Rate: Steplessly adjustable from 0.1–10°C/min (model-dependent), adaptable to different experimental protocols.

Temperature Accuracy: ±1°C control precision with real-time temperature fluctuation ≤ ±1.0°C.


Intelligent Programmable Function

Digital LCD Interface: A 2.4-inch display provides real-time readings of set temperature, actual temperature, heating time, and program status.

Multi-Segment Programming: Supports up to 10 heating segments — each configurable with target temperature, heating rate, and hold time.

Auto Shutdown: Optional automatic power-off at the end of a program, ensuring safe and unattended operation.


Energy Efficiency & Productivity

Optimized Insulation Design: Dual-layer insulation (air layer + aluminum silicate layer) reduces heat loss by ≥30% compared with single-layer designs, improving energy efficiency.

Large Heating Area: Available in multiple sizes (from 300×200 mm to 600×400 mm), suitable for heating 5–20 samples simultaneously depending on vessel size.


Superior Corrosion Resistance

PTFE Surface Coating: Provides excellent resistance to strong acids (e.g., 98% H₂SO₄), strong alkalis (e.g., 50% NaOH), and common organic solvents (e.g., ethanol, acetone).

Optional Anti-Corrosion Casing: ABS anti-corrosive shell available for harsh environments, protecting internal circuits from chemical vapors and corrosion.


Ergonomic Split Design (Optional)

Separated Control Module: Heating plate and controller are connected by a 2-meter cable, allowing flexible placement and safer operation.

Safe Operation in Fume Hood: Controller can be positioned outside the hood to prevent exposure to corrosive gases while maintaining convenient control access.
