Safety Precautions
Power Connection: Confirm that the supply voltage matches the instrument’s rated voltage (220V or 380V) before use. For 380V models, ensure correct three-phase wiring and reliable grounding to prevent electric shock.
Water Filling Requirement: Fill the tank with deionized water or distilled water (to avoid scale buildup) before turning on the power. The water level must fully submerge the heating element and circulating pump inlet—never operate with an empty tank.
Overtemperature Alert: If the overtemperature alarm is triggered, immediately check the temperature setting and sensor connection. Do not restart the instrument until the cause is identified and resolved.
Mobility Safety: Unlock the universal wheels only when moving the instrument; lock the wheels firmly during operation to prevent tipping (especially for large-capacity models with heavy loads).
Daily Maintenance
Regular Cleaning: Drain the tank monthly and clean the inner chamber with a soft cloth. For scale or residue, use a mild descaling agent (avoid acidic/alkaline cleaners that may corrode stainless steel).
