The LBC-IIA2 Series Biological Safety Cabinet is a high-performance containment solution designed for biological safety laboratories, microbiology research facilities, pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals, and other applications requiring personnel, product, and environmental protection. By utilizing advanced HEPA filtration technology and a negative-pressure airflow design, the cabinet effectively prevents the escape of harmful aerosols and suspended particles, ensuring a safe and contamination-free working environment.

Engineered with ergonomic operation, intelligent control systems, and durable stainless-steel construction, the LBC-IIA2 Series provides reliable protection while enhancing user comfort and laboratory efficiency.

1. Robust Steel Construction with Mobile Casters

The cabinet features a heavy-duty steel structure for long-term durability and stability. Integrated lockable casters allow convenient transportation, positioning, and installation within the laboratory.

2. Ergonomic 10° Inclined Front Design

The ergonomically optimized 10° slanted front sash reduces operator fatigue during extended procedures, improving comfort and visibility.

3. Advanced Class II A2 Airflow Protection System

Designed with a vertical laminar airflow and negative-pressure containment system, approximately 70% of filtered air is recirculated within the cabinet while 30% is exhausted through HEPA filtration. Exhaust air can be safely discharged into the laboratory or connected to an external duct system.

4. Safe Interlocked UV Sterilization System

The UV sterilization lamp and illumination system are equipped with an interlock protection mechanism, preventing accidental exposure and enhancing operational safety.

5. Intelligent LCD Control Interface

A user-friendly digital LCD display provides real-time monitoring and convenient operation. Multiple airflow speed settings (low, medium, and high) allow flexible adjustment according to application requirements.

6. SUS304 Stainless Steel Work Surface

The working chamber is constructed from premium SUS304 brushed stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life while minimizing contamination risks.

7. Flexible Exhaust Duct Configuration

Supplied with a standard Ø160 mm exhaust duct, 1-meter hose, and elbow connector, allowing easy integration with laboratory exhaust systems when required.

8. Convenient Built-in Power Supply

The work area includes a standard five-hole electrical socket, providing convenient power access for laboratory instruments and accessories.

Flexible A2 & B2 Models for Different Laboratory Applications

The LBC Series Biological Safety Cabinets are available in both A2 and B2 configurations to accommodate a wide range of laboratory requirements. The A2 model is suitable for routine biological research and sample processing, while the B2 model is recommended for applications involving toxic chemicals, hazardous vapors, or radioactive materials. Users can select the most appropriate containment solution based on their safety requirements, laboratory infrastructure, and research applications.
