Product Details

The Small Class II A2 Biosafety Cabinet is a precision-engineered, negative-pressure air purification system designed to provide triple protection for the operator, laboratory environment, and sensitive experimental materials. By utilizing a sophisticated HEPA filtration and a box-type containment design, it effectively prevents the escape of harmful aerosols and hazardous biological particles during sensitive laboratory procedures.

Key Features:

Contamination Control: Significantly reduces laboratory-acquired infections and cross-contamination of cultures.

Negative Pressure Safety: Ensures that all air within the cabinet is filtered before being recirculated or exhausted, maintaining a sterile working zone.

Compact & Efficient: Ideal for space-constrained laboratories requiring high-level microbiological safety without compromising on performance.

 Professional Operational Guidelines

To ensure maximum safety and prolong the lifespan of your Class II A2 Biosafety Cabinet, please adhere to the following professional protocols:

Personal Protection (PPE): Always wear certified laboratory protective clothing and equipment during operation.

Airflow Optimization: Arrange items according to laminar flow principles; minimize movement and operate with slow, steady hand motions to avoid turbulence.

UV Lamp Maintenance: Clean UV lamps weekly to remove dust and maintain germicidal effectiveness. Note: UV lamps should only be used when the cabinet is unoccupied.

Flame-Free Zone: Avoid using open flames within the cabinet to prevent airflow disruption and HEPA filter damage.

Vibration Management: Avoid placing vibrating equipment (like large centrifuges) on the same bench to maintain airflow stability.

Post-Op Decontamination: Thoroughly clean all inner surfaces with a suitable disinfectant after every session. Ensure all instruments are decontaminated before removal.

Status Check: Only proceed with experiments once the digital control panel confirms the unit is in "Normal Operating Status."
